After leaving Octonomous Ltd he went ahead and joined Peakaflex Investment Ltd; A capital venture and finance company as a Director; Credit and Recovery; He spearheaded the department where he was in charge of disbursing of loans and recovery of debts from debtors, He was also able to bring about business pacts/relationship with many Microfinance banks and Finance houses which further strengthened the capital and fund base of the company. He worked with Peakaflex Asset Ltd for a period of 3 years before starting his own consultancy business.
His business with net Interbiz Services is a Consulting and Networking firm. Its main business is Recruitments & Outsourcing, Finance sourcing and Business development.
Amb. Dr. Oti was also a former Executive Director of Oxford Commercial Services Intl Ltd; A Real Estate firm which he co-founded with some likeminded individuals. He oversaw the day-to-day Operations of the company whose staff strength is over 400 personnel. He further served as the Group Chief Operating Officer of the Oxford Group international, a foremost diversified commercial business empire in Nigeria, when the organization metamorphosed into a group of companies with interest in other industrial sectors. He was also the MD of one of its subsidiaries; Oxford Real Estate Commercial Services Intl Ltd.
He left Oxford Group International as its Group Chief Operating Officer to start his own firm where he currently serves as the MD/CEO of Boundless Multi-Services Solutions Nigeria Limited; a foremost Real Estate and Project Management firm.
The firm has since metamorphosed into a group of companies. He sits on the board of several other subsidiaries like; Boundless Integrated Foods Ltd, an Agro and food processing firm; Boundless Haulage and Logistics Services Ltd, a haulage and logistics firm with partnership with several top brands; Worship Flame Entertainment Hub Ltd, A brand/Music Production Company; Olabims Concepts Integrated Services, an Architectural/Construction firm; Oluwashindara Nigeria Enterprises, A supply Chain Management firm; Wthnet Interbiz Services, A management consulting firm.
He is also the President of Send Them To School Foundation International also known as SETTS Foundation Intl; An NGO whose sole aim is helping the less-privileged kids go to school.
Amb. Dr. Oti Jonathan Idowu is a seasoned Administrator, A Public Relation Expert, Human Resources Manager, Marketing Professional and a Finance person. His Educational background includes having a National Diploma in Marketing, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, MBA Business Management, Executive Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship. PhD (Hons) in Business Management and Corporate Governance. He has won several awards and has to his credit many professional certificates, attended many conferences and he is happily married with 3 kids.
He worked with Bern Eve as a sales and marketing representative, after graduation from the university, where he grew to be part of the management team. Being a new organization, he was able to drive the sales of the company’s products beyond targets and managed its project to achieve its required expectation. He left Bern Eve with a strong capital base and left no project unfinished.
He moved on to work with airtel as a team lead for gross adds and branding in marketing, where he bagged more experiences in marketing and team management. He coordinated sales records, located market-friendly venues for sales, supervise sales transactions between sales representatives ad customers. With motivation, sales strategies, and locating of good market/sales friendly locations, his team turned out to be the best in sales within Lagos state. He and his team were accordingly rewarded for good performance and outstanding reports.
He moved on to Tema Multiservices Ltd, a fire and safety equipment company as an Executive in marketing. There he oversees the operations on sales, supplies, and installation, manages returns from sales and reports to the managing director, creates a good company to client relationship to ensure good business relationship, supervises transactions between sales representatives and customers. He implemented a strategy that grew the company’s client base from 125 to 730 in 3years.
He left Tema to explore new grounds and acquire more management skills with Brain Banc Inclusions. He doubled as the head of operations and project manager, with a team of 57 personnel to work with.
He also worked with Oxford commercial services international ltd as an investment/marketing manager. while with oxford, he strategically developed a concept that increased his sales and skills in marketing, which also made him one of the best salespeople in the company. His creative and good strategic input led to his outstanding sales and helped to gain him a position in the office as the head of investment and marketing manager.
He is presently the head of operations for Boundless Multiservices Solutions Nigeria Ltd.
He is happily married with 3 kids.
She did Mass communication as her first degree and later went on to take certifications in Human Resource Management with a key interest in Learning and Development.
Her career started as an Administrator in a law firm where she oversees all the administrative operations of the firm before proceeding to become the Learning and Development Officer in a real estate company – Oxford Real Estate Commercial Services Int’l Limited. Within few months of employment with Oxford, she became the Head, Training Unit where she oversees all training in the organization as well as saddled with the responsibility of developing quality training topics for the head office and all subsidiaries during her employment with the company.
She is presently the Head of Human Resources with Boundless Multi-Services Solution Nig. Ltd where she is saddled with responsibilities of managing the company’s human resource portfolio, learning, and development unit inclusive. She is an advocate of human development, a facilitator, and a creative personal in the fashion world.

As a graduate of Hospitality and Tourism Management, he has worked in different hotels like Golden Tulip, Western Sun Hotel and Suites where he worked as the Guest Relations Officer maintaining a good relationship with customers, ensuring a pleasant and satisfying stay in the hotel. He handled the concerns/complains of the customers and he worked to rectify issues experienced by individual customers as well as improving the organization’s overall customer satisfaction ratings.
He worked with AIRTEL as an Area Technical Officer, coordinating, controling, and tracking the day-to-day network operations in the Area to ensure optimal network availability, coverage, maintaining target network KPI’s to deliver plus one network quality and customer focus. He helps in Providing local network support for both the Sales and marketing team in the Areas to ensure the overall network management and quality.

Where he was employed as a Business Executive Officer, he helped in developing and executing strategies to increase the company sales and profits.
