         This farm city allows for the acquisition of plots or acres and all types of farming can be practice therein. The farm city also has a leasing plan and farming in the proxy plan for its subscribers.

       Investors can buy up plots or acres of land and return give it out on a leasing plan to farmers who can’t afford to buy but can pay rent on the usage of the farmland.
